Business Development Manager


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and partnerships.
  • Create and implement strategies to achieve business growth and expansion.
  • Develop business plans and presentations to pitch to potential clients or partners.
  • Establish strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client negotiations and partnership discussions.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets.
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts with clients and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging markets, and innovations.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales
  • Experience in the relevant industry or market is often preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.


Remuneration: NGN 150,000
