Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Executive – Event Vendor Coordinator who will manage our new product, Event Vendors.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing vendor relationships, bringing in new business deals and a deep understanding of the event management industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the operations of the Event Vendors product.
- Develop strategies to attract and onboard new vendors onto the platform.
- Ensure a seamless matching process between vendors and event organizers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing vendors.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the platform to suggest improvements.
- Promote/Market the platform digitally & physically to both vendors and event organizers to drive activations and sales.
- Provide training and support to vendors to maximize their engagement and success on the platform.
- Handle any issues or conflicts that arise in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in vendor management or event coordination.
- Strong understanding of the event industry and its various service providers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on results.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using modern business and communication tools.
