Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive businessgrowth
- Identify and prioritize new market opportunities, potentialclients, and strategic partnerships
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives within theregion to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients,partners, and stakeholders to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customerfeedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, includingmarketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and drivebusiness growth.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, andnegotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, includingrevenue, sales pipeline, and conversion rates, to track progress and makedata-driven decisions.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identifyemerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, andnetworking functions to promote brand awareness and expand the business networkwithin the region.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
