Job Title: Brand Identity / Visual Designer

Location: Lagos

Role Overview

• We are seeking a creative and innovative Brand Identity/Visual Designer to join our team.
• As a key member of our creative department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and refining the visual identity of Rise Networks.
• Your work will help communicate our mission, vision, and values to the world in a compelling, visually striking way.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the visual identity for Rise Networks across all platforms.
• Design branding materials, including logos, brand guidelines, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand representation across all mediums.
• Create visually engaging designs for digital and print, including social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, and event branding.
• Stay updated on design trends and integrate them creatively to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality design output and timely delivery.
•  Work closely with the communications team to ensure the visual strategy aligns with the Company’s messaging and audience engagement goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Brand Identity/Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute design solutions that are visually compelling and on-brand.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining design consistency.
• Experience in both digital and print design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
