Brand and Marketing Manager


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to position our compnay as a leading fashion retailer in the Nigerian and African markets.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Optimize digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and influencer partnerships, to maximize ROI.
  • Enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction by designing innovative engagement programs and events.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to deliver seamless online shopping experiences.
  • Partner with internal departments (Sales and Operations) to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring relevance, creativity, and alignment with brand voice.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in brand management and marketing within retail or e-commerce industries, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
