Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, whatsapp, and in-person.
  • Help manage inventory, product displays, and stock levels in the store.
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by providing excellent service and support.
  • Assist in follow-up calls and maintaining client relationships.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
  • Ability to drive will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experienced in FMCG Sales.
  • Male Preferably
  • Must have driving skills.
