Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within key accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment withoverall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance and generate regular sales reports.
  • Ensure effective distribution and availability of products in the market.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Ensure optimal placement and visibility of Haano products within key accounts.
  • Implement merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Manage the sales budget for the area and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
