Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 2D and 3D drawings,renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs of architectural designs usingCAD and visualization software such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Enscape,3DsMax, Unreal Engine, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with architects, designers,and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Assist in developing and refining designconcepts, materials, and spatial arrangements through visual representation.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholdersto iterate and refine visualizations to meet project goals and clientexpectations.
- Support the preparation of presentationmaterials, including renderings, graphics, and animations, for client meetings,proposals, and marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Should have strong design andvisualization skills and be proficient in technical drawing and 3D modelingsoftware such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, 3DsMax, Unreal Engine,Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Should have a thorough understanding ofbuilding codes and construction technologies.
- Should have excellent communicationskills.
- He/She should be able to translate the ideas of the client into a fullybuilt design on time and within budget.
