Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all on-site IT systems infrastructure meets requirements and specifications during solution deployment.
- Administer and support web and database servers.
- Perform internal and on-site deployment, system patching, and integration of software solutions in production and live environments.
- Log and document deployment configurations and system updates.
- Provide technical support for deployed solutions, adhering to established service levels.
- Configure, support, and manage internal IT systems infrastructure.
- Work extensively with Microsoft SQL Server.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with implementing, administering, and maintaining MS Exchange Server & MS SharePoint
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile methodology), .NET framework and Extensible Markup Language (XML).
