Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain aluminum fixtures and structures in compliance with regulated standards.
Perform detailed analysis to plan and execute tasks effectively.
Carry out additional civil tasks such as façade cleaning, furniture assembly, and ironmonger works.
Operate portable and dedicated power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure all work aligns with health and safety standards and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
Maintain and repair alocoboard structures and other related materials as required.
Document tasks and provide progress updates to supervisors.
Manage and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Undertake janitorial services and other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Technician must possess adequate skills to execute aluminum fixtures and maintenance.
Must be able to analyze and execute tasks according to regulated standards.
Must be polyvalent to execute other civil tasks aside from aluminum fixtures and maintenance works. E.g. Façade Cleaning.
Must be able to handle portable and dedicated power tools and equipment
Must be able to perform aluminum works, ironmonger works, furniture, etc.
Any other related job Qualifications Minimum of Trade Test in Electrical or its equivalent.
Must have 3-5 years experience in Aluminum works.
Applicant must have a proven track record on the job, basic understanding, knowledge and experience in HSE procedures is a pre-requisite.
The Applicant is expected to be familiar with aluminum works, use of alocoboard, ironmonger works, furniture works, and Janitorial services
