Job Description
- We're seeking an experienced and passionate Agile Coach to join our team in Lagos.
- As an Agile Coach, you'll play a key role in guiding our clients through Agile transformations, helping them to adopt Agile principles, practices, and mindsets.
- If you're a seasoned Agile expert with a passion for coaching and mentoring, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor Agile teams, including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Development Teams
- Facilitate Agile workshops, training sessions, and retrospectives
- Develop and implement Agile transformation strategies
- Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize Agile adoption goals
- Stay up-to-date with emerging Agile trends, best practices, and methodologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Agile coaching or a related field
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is a bonus
- Agile certifications, such as CSM, CSPO, or ICP-ACC, are highly desirable.
Salary
N600,000 - N1,000,000 monthly.
