We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Admission / Sales Officer
Location: Opebi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Make first calls to prospective students.
- Conduct interviews with prospective students
- Send strategic and targeted emails to prospective students
- Provide clarifications to student's queries in a professional manner.
- Get feedback in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
- Connect with prospective students by answering incoming phone calls, and attending to all admission incoming. emails.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with students, and colleagues effectively.
- MuItitasking skills to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously without compromising the quality of service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Follow up with students for any inquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
