Administrative Officer


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation for easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to other departments by managing administrative tasks and assisting in special projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, addressing any operational issues promptly.


Requirements:

  • The candidate must be able to work under pressure and independently,
  • He/she must be very versatile in Desktop Publishing
  • Minimum of OND certificate
  • 1-year working experience as an Admin Officer or similar role
