  • Administrative support: Providing clerical and administrative support, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
  • Planning and organizing: Planning and organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements for management and staff
  • Document preparation: Preparing and reviewing reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Communication: Coordinating with various departments to ensure effective communication and timely updates
  • Inventory and supplies: Overseeing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
  • Budgeting: Assisting in budget preparation and expense monitoring
  • Employee records: Collaborating with HR to manage employee records, attendance, and vacation schedules
  • External relations: Liaising with external vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth business operations
  • Issue resolution: Addressing administrative issues and complaints promptly and effectively
  • System implementation: Implementing and managing administrative systems, databases, and records.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in any Science discipline with 3+ years relevant work experience.
  • Proven track record as an administrative executive is required.
