Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day-to-day office activities.
  • Ensuring the office environment is organized and equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Managing office equipment maintenance and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Managing correspondence (emails, phone calls and other communications).
  • Handling filing, documentation and maintaining records both physical and digital.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts and other financial documents.
  • Maintaining employee records.
  • Managing the PR related activities.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
  • Any other duties as instructed by the Managing Director

Requirements

  • Must possess minimum of Higher National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in similar position
  • Must be able to coordinate all administrative matters
  • Ability to work under less supervision or no supervision
  • Ability to take initiatives
  • Must reside in Lagos on the Mainland
