Admin/Account Officer


Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Admin/Accountant Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both administrative tasks and accounting functions to support our operations and maintain financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and invoice processing. 
  • Prepare financial reports, assist with budgeting, and ensure compliance with accounting policies. 
  • Handle office administration, including scheduling and file management. 
  • Track client accounts, monitor job quotas, and support account executives with financial data. 
  • Liaise with clients on financial matters and prepare correspondence. 
  • Maintain accuracy in all financial transactions and contribute to customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on client payment. 
  • Provide administrative and financial support to the team, fostering smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting and administrative roles 
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel 
  • Experience in the PR or marketing industry is a plus
