Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles and financial regulations.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
