Job Overview
- The Account Executive (Entertainment and Celebrity PA) will work closely with entertainment clients, celebrities, and influencers.
- You will manage event coordination, and media engagements, and support the execution of PR campaigns.
- As a Personal Assistant (PA), you will handle client schedules and ensure the smooth running of their media and public engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Personal Assistant to celebrity clients, managing schedules, media engagements, and personal tasks.
- Coordinate events, media appearances, and press conferences for entertainment clients.
- Support the development and execution of PR campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry
- figures.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Qualification and Experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in entertainment or celebrity management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile
- clients and media.
- Energetic, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Skills Required:

- Proficiency in event planning and media coordination tools.
- Ability to work under pressure in high-stakes environments.
