We are looking for an Office Administrator to join their successful, growing, and fast paced company based in Lagos. You will be working within a friendly, high energy and fast-paced environment where no two days will be the same. It is great progression opportunity within this growing business, and full training will be provided. Your organisation skills will be key in this role.

The idea candidate should be smart, organised, detail-oriented, and easy-going.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAAS accounts
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Director, Sales and Lettings Managers and their teams
  • Update and maintain company website, portals, newspapers, magazines and window displays
  • Maintain the office appearance, filing systems and monitor stationery supplies
  • Produce and order brochures, window cards and leaflets
  • Coordinating office activities
  • Creating, Managing and updating documentation
  • To create a positive work environment through effective Office Management

Requirements :

  • Minimum of BSc. degree.
  • Must have 1+ year(s) e-commerce experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.
  • Good Knowledge of Ms Word, Excel and outlook, 2+ year(s) of Asana experience
  • Maintains 1 year working knowledge of the principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics.
  • graphics design skills (Desirable)
  • Proven ability to build social media communities
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
