• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
• Submit work to editors for input and approval
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Promote content on social media
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update website content as needed

Requirements

• Has renowned knowledge and sway of the world of Finance
• Great command of the English language (especially the writing aspect).
• Proficiency in the use of WordPress.
• Must possess online proof of written materials (links to social media pages).
• Passionate and experienced writer (At least 2 years provable experience)
• Committed team player and communicator.
• Teachable, resourceful and flexible personality
• Ability to spot interesting story angles in a creative manner.
• Applicant must reside in Lagos State only

NOTE:

This job is a hybrid job with 90% of it's activities carried out remotely and a 10% onsite requirement.
