Job Description

  • Place and update all job postings on various media platforms
  • Continuously research and recommend new procedures for improving the candidate experience
  • Liaise with hiring managers on recruitment priorities and the redeployment of Talent Acquisition resources as necessary
  • Liaise with all 3rd party vendors to ensure that all services related to Talent Acquisition are meeting the needs of the organization
  • Track effective recruitment metrics and Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the organization’s Applicant Tracking System
  • Respond timely to both internal and external applicant requests as required
  • Continuously research and recommend employer branding & employee referral initiatives

Requirements

  • First Degree in Human Resources or related fields i.e, Psychology, Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Economics, Sociology etc.
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, SHRM, HRCI
  • Strong Knowledge of labour law and other legislations
  • Knowledge of different interview techniques, evaluation methods and full-cycle recruiting
  • Knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants
