Responsibilities
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing creative and engaging social media strategies
  • Constantly deriving new ways of improving the websites to attract more visitors on all social media platforms
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Define the most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign and the use of social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • University Degree in Marketing or any relevant field from a reputable institution
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a social media specialist or similar role
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of the use of social media best practices like Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Great leadership skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
