Must reside on the island

Handling of social media accounts

organising meetings and managing client databases.

Scheduling client appointments.

organising company events.

ordering equipments for the company

dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries from clients.

preparing emails, presentations and reports.

supervising and overseeing the work of administrative staff

taking account records and payment

processing invoices and managing office budgets

ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date.
