  • End-to-end management of the performance management cycle.
  • Supervises monthly performance reviews and provides performance feedback to all stakeholders.
  • Monthly performance reporting.
  • Measure performance against set objectives.
  • Onboard new hires on the performance management system
  • Drive performance culture and build confidence in the performance management system.
  • Manages all performance-related grievances, appeals and the Performance Improvement Plan.
  • Advise the business on best performance management policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science and other related fields.
  • 2 – 3 years of post NYSC experience is required as a performance management specialist.
  • Creative and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Sound knowledge of KPI development.
  • Excellent communication (oral & written) and presentation skills.
  • Strong relational and stakeholder management skills.
