- We are currently looking to employ a Modern Trade Executive who will be responsible for meeting and surpassing our monthly modern trade sales targets, exploring and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining partner relationships in the FCT.
- Responsible for implementing and driving sales and distribution initiatives via modern trade outlets within the FCT.
- Negotiate and achieve distribution partnership with prospective modern retail partners.
- Achieve growth and hit budgeted sales targets.
- At a modern retail outlet, review products’ visibility, display and ensure maximum product exposure through market visits and report market status to management.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales activities plan and report to management.
- Gather feedback from customers & market, and develops a strategic action plan for management.
- Gather market intelligence report on competitors’ activities.
- Give feedback to the company on customers’ response to company products and other activities.
- Execute and supervise all brand and trade activation and support activities in the territory.
- Help to raise current sales and product penetration.
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in any field
- Minimum of 4 years relevant sales experience in modern trade, store and malls
- Excellent team-building, organization and leadership skills
- Good sales capabilities, able to develop compelling presentations
- Proficiecy in Windows and MS office / high level of Excel
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Possession of a car will be an added advantage.
