Providing brand recognition by leaving buyers with an excellent impression of the brand via effective customer relations and effective communication skills
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and
reactions to services
Communicate with customers to understand their needs, provide information and answer their questions
Track and document calls and sales for records purposes
Prepare KPIs and present reports on achievements.
Requirements / Competencies
Possess a first degree from any reputable University
At least 2 years experience as a Telesales representative or other sales/customer service
Proven track record of successfully meeting a sales quota.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage customers in conversations and be a great listener.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Experience in sales and ability to generate and follow up on Leads.
Great customer service/client relationship management skills.
