Job Description

Engage the company’s social media platforms, participate in dialogues and answer appropriate questions, and supply relevant information about the brand.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to
achieve company goals.

Create original high quality, written, and visual content for our social media platforms

Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns. Monitor, SEO, and web traffic metrics when needed

Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google

Recommend Social Media strategy, digital marketing plan, and strategy that will add value
to the organization.

Create a monthly social media strategy and execute it effectively to ensure it aligns with the
company’s social media objectives for each month.

Develop a content calendar across all platforms ensuring a constant supply of relevant content.

Develop key messages & engaging stories that align with business strategies and grow the

Research, write, proofread, and edit all media content driving increased conversion and positive brand image.

Design and implement a social media strategy that creates brand awareness and builds community.

Monitor, track, analyze and report on media and content performance.

Research social media trends and inform management relevant to the company’s marketing activities

Requirements / Competencies

Possess a first degree from any reputable university

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a social media manager / Digital marketer

Proficient in the use of social media platforms

Should possess exceptional writing and research skills

Must have work experience in a similar role

Proven familiarity with SEO / SEM proficiency

Creative and innovative thinker, ability to create engaging content.

Should possess strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
