An administrative assistant should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing professional assistance via phone and e-mail and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace by getting things done before others recognize the need.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greeting office visitors and composing documents Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence

Engaging in event planning and meeting setup and implementation.

Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Scheduling meetings and travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

OND/HND or any degree equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skill.
