- Following up on backlogs, scan compliance and return scans compliance.
- Training and managing the supervisors in the region.
- Training the CS on specific products and usage.
- Constant update and cross-checking of the google sheet.
- Making of requisition for the region.
- Follow up on franchisee.
- Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely deliveries.
- Other duties assigned from time to time.
Competency and Skill Requirements
- 1 – 2 years experience
- Proficiency in Chinese Language
- Must be able to speak Mandarin
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to use Microsoft office tools.
