Job Description


  • Responsible for the maintenance of all company’s assets – generator, ACs, Inverters and Electrical Appliances
  • Daily inspection of all company’s fleet to ensure optimal working condition
  • Daily inspection of all company’s fleet to ensure optimal working condition
  • Proper maintenance and repairs of all company’s fleets in accordance with the department standard operating procedure without any form of delay.
  • Proper management and supervision of securities guards
  • Oversee and manage the security of the office environment
  • Ensure proper supervision of all the organization official drivers
  • Ensure proper supervision of all the organization cleaners
  • Ensure prompt attendance to staff logistics request in compliance with the department’s standard operating procedures
  • Ensures that background checks and due diligence checks are conducted on all drivers and securities
  • Ensure the company’s fleet and official vehicles are clean at all time.
  • Responsible for all organization fleet which is inclusive however, not limited to – company’s official vehicles.
  • Monitor diesel supply and usage (Light, diesel generator)
  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and staff request in alignment with the admin officer
  • Comply with the organization and external laws, regulations and policies
  • Work closely with the Admin Officer in planning of the drivers’ route and processes daily
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers and vendors on behalf of the company
  • Ensures cost-savings through proper use of vehicle through accurate maintenance of daily vehicle logs, provision of inputs to preparation of the vehicle maintenance plans and reports.
  • Ensures proper day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle through timely minor repairs, arrangements for major repairs, timely changes of oil, check of tires, brakes, car washing, proper servicing etc.
  • Ensures prompt availability of all the required documents/supplies including vehicle insurance, vehicle logs, necessary spare parts in the assigned vehicle.
  • Ensures that all immediate actions required by rules and regulations are taken in case of involvement in accidents.
  • Perform other related duties as they may be assigned by line managers from time to time


  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 3 – 4 years work experience.
